The Challenge


Stalk It's parent company Corn Board has always had a clear mission and brand identity: re-purpose corn stover (husks, leaves, stalks etc.) into a green material that could replace pressed wood. Stalk it was borne out of the idea that Corn Board's material could be used to make skate, snow and surf boards and provide exposure into consumer-driven markets.

Stalk needed a brand identity that would encompass it's eco-friendly mission and resonate with the surfing, skating and snowboarding communities.

The logo evolution of Stalk It was taken directly from the way Corn Board makes it's green material

The Results

Stalk It's measure of success was the brand's ability to portray the eco-friendly message of it's parent company while resonating with fans and athletes in the snow, surf, skate and speed sports communities.

Not only is the logo instantly recognizable - it adorns the gear and clothing of some of the biggest names in sports from surfer Alana Blanchard to skater Christian Hosoi.
